With the Enterprise Plan, you’re able to set minimum and maximum amounts for orders! This helps merchants manage the order size that comes in from their Shopify store.

⚠️ This is a Enterprise Plan only feature. This feature is not available in the Free or Standard plans.

When you set a minimum and/or maximum order amount within your store, this means that customers can only checkout orders that are within the permitted transaction amount range. This allows merchants to control the size of the orders that come in, helping them manage and fulfill more realistic or preferred order sizes.

E.g., assuming you’ve set your order amount limits to the following:

I.e., assuming you’ve set your order amount limits to the following:

If a customer adds an order worth P300 to their cart and applies a 50% off coupon, the total to be paid will be P150 instead. However, since the order amount before the discount was P300, the customer will still be able to checkout their order as the Minimum Order Amount is set at P200.

The order limits can be set via the EStore App settings for both pick up and delivery orders. Within your Shopify Store, you can access these settings by going to Apps > EStore App > Settings, and toggling the limits under both the Store Pick Up and Delivery sections.

ℹ️ FAQ: Can my Min/Max Order Amount Limit for pick up orders be different from my limits for delivery orders?

Answer: Yes! The limits for pick up and delivery orders are configured separately so they can be also different from each other.
