What is a Carrier Account, and how is it used?

Carrier accounts are used for integrating your chosen on-demand courier to the E-Store app.

I’m on the Enterprise Plan. Do I need to set this up myself?

With the Enterprise Plan, you’ll have an account manager to help you out with setting up your carrier accounts. Your account manager will only need the following from you:

  1. Set Up your business account with Grab or MrSpeedy (now known as Borzo)

  2. Top Up the initial deposit with Grab or MrSpeedy

  3. Acquire the following and forward them to your account manager:

🌟A huge benefit of the Enterprise Plan is that you also have your account manager to help you with any concerns you may have along the way.

ℹ️ FAQ: Can I have multiple carrier accounts with different providers?

Answer: Yes, however you can only activate one carrier account (therefore one delivery provider only) at a time.


Activating a Carrier Account

Here’s how to activate your preferred carrier account:

  1. Go to Apps > EStore Prod App > Settings > Delivery Providers

  2. If you already have connected carrier accounts, you will see your carrier account/s in the list provided. If none, kindly set up your integration (for Enterprise Plan users, you may contact your account manager for assistance).

  3. To the right side of your chosen connected carrier account, click the Activate button.

  4. You will be shown a confirmation window. Kindly confirm to proceed.

Switching to a Different Carrier Account

If you have an activated carrier account but would like to switch to another one, here’s how to do so:

  1. Go to Apps > EStore Prod App > Settings > Delivery Providers

  2. If you already have multiple connected carrier accounts, you will see your carrier account/s in the list provided, along with its status (Deactivated or Activated). If you would like to add another carrier account, kindly set up your integration (for Enterprise Plan users, you may contact your account manager for assistance).

  3. To the right side of your chosen connected carrier account, click the Activate button.

  4. You will be shown a confirmation window to confirm the switch. Kindly click Switch to proceed.
