Restaurant Alerts+ Deliver has two pricing plans: Free and Premium. Our Premium Plan allows you to enjoy our app’s features and is best for food businesses with multiple locations.

You have three options for your plan:

1. Free Plan - a completely free plan, best for small businesses with, at most, 35 orders per month.

2. Free Trial under the Premium Plan - a 14 day free trial of all the Premium Plan’s features, best for multi-location businesses who would like time to test the app and need time to set it up.

3. Premium Plan - a plan where you can enjoy all our features without any limits!

You’ll be able to enjoy the Premium Plan’s features for free with our trial.

How long is the free trial under the Premium Plan?

The free trial lasts for 14 days. After the 14 days, your Premium Plan will start and you will be billed every 30 days starting then.

  • Per Location - you can opt for multiple Premium plans for multiple locations

  • Unlimited Orders

  • In-store Merchant App - free for download via Google Play Store

  • Real-time order notifications per store - instant order alerts per branch location via In-Store Merchant App

  • GrabExpress or MrSpeedy (now known as Borzo) Integration - optional on-demand courier integration

As reference, how much is the Premium Plan?

Monthly Price: $19 per location; billed every 30 days

In what cases would the Free Trial end?

The free trial may either end or be forefeited due to one of the following actions:

  1. The 14-day period allotted for the Free Trial has ended.

  2. Downgrading from the Premium to the Free plan at any point will auto-complete the 14 days of the free trial, as the free trial is only for the Premium plan's features. The Free plan does not have a Free Trial option.

  3. Uninstalling during the Free Trial will be considered forefeit of the trial. If you re-install Restaurant Alert + Deliver in the future, you will no longer have the option to have a free trial and will be prompted to choose either the Free or Premium plan to continue using the service.
