Restaurant Alert + Deliver is an app that allows for instant order alerts to be sent to each location via an In-Store Merchant App. This makes managing multiple locations easier, especially for food businesses where efficiency is key in maintaining food quality! Our app also provides an option for easy delivery via integration with GrabExpress or MrSpeedy which allows for one-tap booking of a rider through the In-Store Merchant App.

How does it work?
Restaurant Alert + Deliver helps store locations prepare food orders in real time and provides easy delivery via integration with Grab and Mr. Speedy (now known as Borzo).
I. In-Store Merchant App (Android Only)
The Restaurant Alert + Deliver In-Store Merchant App is to be installed in devices per location. Each store location will then be able to:
Receive real-time order alerts for orders specific to their location,
Review all order & customer information before accepting the order,
Identify if order is for pick up or delivery,
Use in-house couriers or book a GrabExpress or MrSpeedy rider at the touch of a button,
Access the order list for their location, and
Monitor each order status.
II. Delivery Integration
No need to worry about delivery riders! If you need supplemental back up riders or if you don’t have your own fleet, our In-Store Merchant App is integrated with GrabExpress and Mr. Speedy, which allows your staff to book a rider to deliver each order immediately. Each store location will also be able to:
Book either a rider from GrabExpress or MrSpeedy within the In-Store Merchant App
Review rider information and contact details,
Update customer once order has been picked up by rider.
