How do I unlink a device that I’ve added to the Restaurant Alert + Deliver system?

There are two ways to unlink your device: via the Shopify Store’s Restaurant Alert + Deliver Settings, or via the In-Store Merchant App on your device.


Via Shopify Store’s Restaurant Alert + Deliver Settings:

Step 1

Log into your Shopify Store and go to Apps > Restaurant Alert + Deliver > Locations.

Step 2

You’ll find a list of locations that have already been added to your Restaurant Alert + Deliver app. Select the Location linked to the device you’d like to disconnect.

Step 3

You will be brought to the page with the branch location’s details. Beside the header Merchant App, click Unlink Device.

Step 4

A confirmation window will appear. Click Unlink Device to confirm and proceed.


Via In-Store Merchant App on your device:

Step 1

On your device, open the In-Store Merchant App.

Step 2

Tap on the Menu icon found on the upper left hand corner of the screen.

Step 3

Tap Logout at the bottom of the menu.
