MERCHANT APP ERRORS

These are errors you may encounter while using the In-Store Merchant App.

Session Expired

Your session has expired. You can log in again to get back.

Your location is not found. You may want to check if your location is unlinked from the Shopify Admin site.

BadRequest

Oops, something's not right.

We are unable to process your request right now.

This may happen if the app and the server is not in sync. Try again later.

InternalErr

Oops, something's not right.

We are unable to process your request right now.

Our server is down temporarily. Try again later.

NotFound

Oops, something's not right.

We are unable to process your request right now.

This may happen if the app and the server is not in sync. Try again later.

MalformedRes

Oops, something's not right.

We are unable to process your request right now.

This may happen if the app and the server is not in sync. Try again later.

No internet connection

Please make sure you're connected to the internet and try again.

Try reconnecting or getting a stronger internet connection.

ORDER ACTION ERRORS

These are errors you may encounter while handling orders on the In-Store Merchant App.

PRODUCT ACTION ERRORS

These are errors you may encounter while using the Product Availability function on the In-Store Merchant App (for Enterprise Plan users only).

AUTHENTICATION ERRORS

These are errors you may encounter while attempting to link a branch location to the In-Store Merchant App.

Can't login

Please make sure to get a valid Install URL from the E-store merchant admin.

This may happen due to a number of reasons: 1) the URL is not correct, 2) the location is not found, or 3) the URL has expired.

DELIVERY INTEGRATION ERRORS

These are errors you may encounter while using the Book A Rider feature on the In-Store Merchant App.

Order not found

Please verify that this order has not been deleted in the Shopify admin.

The order does not exist in the system.

1002

Store location not found

Please verify that this store location has not been deleted in the Shopify admin.

The store location cannot be found.

1003

Missing mobile number

The customer has not entered a mobile number for this order. This is needed in order to book a rider.

The order does not have the customer's mobile number info.

1004

Store not found

Please verify that this store has not been deleted in the Shopify admin.

The store cannot be found.

1005

Missing access keys

Please verify that delivery provider access keys are valid and working in the E-store admin.

The connection to the third party has disconnected due to no access keys.

1006

Invalid mobile number

Either the location or customer's mobile number is not recognized. Please verify that the format is correct and try again.

The (location's) contact person's mobile number is not in the right format. Maybe also the customer's mobile number.

1007

Invalid access keys

Please verify that delivery provider access keys are valid and working in the E-store admin.

The keys are invalid.

1008

Missing delivery address

Please verify that there is a valid delivery address for this order.

The order does not have the customer's address info.

1009

Invalid store location

Please verify that this location's coordinates in the E-store admin are accurate and valid.

There's something wrong with the store location (chances are its the address).

1010

Invalid mobile number

The customer's mobile number (<mobile number>) is not recognized. Please verify that the format is correct and try again.

The customer's mobile number is in an unrecognized format.

1011

Invalid mobile number

The location's mobile number (<mobile number>) is not recognized. Please verify that the format is correct and try again.

The location's contact person's mobile number is in an unrecognized format.

1012

Invalid details

Either the location or customer's contact details are invalid. Please verify that the provided information is correct and try again.

1013

Insufficient Balance

Top up your wallet balance and try again.

The merchant's top up balance is not enough to cover the booking fee.

1014

Invalid access keys

Please verify that the Google maps API keys are valid and wroking in the E-Store admin.

The provided Google maps API key is invalid or has insufficient permissions.

1015

Something went wrong

Try again. If the issue persists, contact info@zap.com.ph.

Store not found

Please verify that this store has not been deleted in the Shopify admin.

The store does not exist.

2004

Order not found

Please verify that this order has not been deleted in the Shopify admin.

The order does not exist.

2005

Something went wrong

We're having trouble connecting with rider. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact info@zap.com.ph.

The delivery partner's server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

2006

Provider cannot be reached

Try refreshing the page.

The provider cannot be reached.

2007

Invalid access keys

Please verify that delivery provider access keys are valid and working in the E-store admin.

The keys are invalid.

2020

Something went wrong

Try again. If the issue persists, contact info@zap.com.ph.

3001

Booking not found

Try booking again.

The booking does not exist.

3003

Insufficient balance

Your balance is not enough to cover the cancellation fee. Top up your wallet balance and try again.

The merchant's top up balance is not enough to cover the cancellation fee.

3004

Provider not found

Please verify that delivery provider access keys are valid and working in the E-store admin.

The provider does not exist.

3005

Store not found

Please verify that this store has not been deleted in the Shopify admin.

The store does not exist.
