How do I create my online store?

A practical guide to setting up your own online store quickly and easily

Set up shop in minutes with ZAP E-Store. With your online store, you can accept orders for pick-up and delivery and even take reservations—anytime, anywhere.

Register

Fill up the sign up sheet to create your store. Use an active email address that you have access to, as this will be used for important security and verification emails.

⚠️ Note: Double-check your store name and all other details before submitting. These cannot be changed later.

Verify account via OTP

After registering, check your email inbox for a one-time password (OTP). Enter the OTP to verify your account and activate your e-store.

The OTP is valid for 24 hours. Complete the verification as soon as possible to avoid OTP expiry.

Welcome to your new store

After verifying your account, you should automatically be signed in. Check your subscription and role from the Managed Merchants page.

Click the Login button to go to your store's dashboard.

Create a branch

Step 1: On the side menu, select Store Setup. Then, click Add Location.

Step 2: Fill up the form and click Save.

Preview branch details and settings

Once created, you can view and update branch details right from the Store Setup page. Connect your branch to an app and enable pickup and delivery from this page.

💡 Good to know

New accounts can create and activate one branch only. To activate additional branches, please reach out to sales@zap.com.ph.
