Step-by-step guide to setting up a new branch

Create a branch

Step 1: On the side menu, select Store Setup. Then, click Add Location.

Step 2: Fill up the form and click Save.

A quick guide on the branch form

  1. Branch Name: The official name used to identify the branch location

  2. Branch Notification Email: Email address for receiving important branch updates and alerts.

  3. Address & Pinned Location: The physical address and map location of the branch. Connected 3rd party providers such as Lalamove will use the pinned location during pick-up. At least 1 is required.

  4. Branch contact details: All phone numbers, email addresses, and other communication methods for the branch. At least 1 is required.

  5. Operating Days and Hours: Days of the week and specific hours when the branch is open. For pickup and delivery, the time slots are based on when the branch is open.

  6. Support Channels: Available methods for customer assistance and support.

Preview branch details and settings

Once created, you can view and update branch details right from the Store Setup page. Connect your branch to an app and enable pickup and delivery from this page.

💡 Good to know

New accounts can create and activate one branch only. To activate additional branches, please reach out to sales@zap.com.ph.
