One of the couriers you can integrate Restaurant Alert + Deliver with is MrSpeedy (now known as Borzo). Through integration, you will be able to book a rider on demand within our In-Store Merchant App with just one tap!

💡 Already in the process of integrating with MrSpeedy? Refer to this checklist to see if you might have missed a step!

CHECKLIST:

  • Sign Up for MrSpeedy business account

  • Email MrSpeedy API team

  • Deposit initial consumable amount to MrSpeedy’s GCash or bank account

  • (If payment is via bank deposit) Email proof of deposit to MrSpeedy API team

  • Paste Callback URL in MrSpeedy website (using business account)

  • Paste API token & Callback token in Restaurant Alert + Deliver settings on Shopify

Send your email to:

Feel free to copy and paste our sample email message below:

  • Hi, MrSpeedy API team! I have requested for an API token and Callback token via my MrSpeedy business account. I will be integrating MrSpeedy to my Shopify store using Zap’s application. Please provide MrSpeedy’s GCash and bank account details for the initial deposit to open a prepaid business account.

💡 PRO TIP! It’s best to email the MrSpeedy team using the email used to create your MrSpeedy business account, so that they can easily track your account and help you out with any concerns.

Step 4

The email from MrSpeedy should contain the following information:

  • API Token

  • Callback Token

  • GCash and Bank account details for initial deposit

Step 5

MrSpeedy requires a Php2,000 initial deposit to open a prepaid business account with them. This amount is consumable and will be deducted from as you book riders with the Restaurant Alert + Deliver app.

Deposit a minimum of P2,000 in the provided GCash account or bank account. If you opted to deposit to MrSpeedy’s bank account, reply to the MrSpeedy email with proof of deposit.

💡 PRO TIP! Depositing to MrSpeedy’s GCash will automatically credit that amount to your account – this means no need to send proof of deposit. Easy!

Step 6

Within your Shopify store, go to: Apps > Restaurant Alert + Deliver App > Settings > Delivery Providers.

Step 7

Under Delivery Providers, click Connect Carrier Account.

You will be shown a list of on-demand couriers. Under the MrSpeedy option, click Connect Account.

Step 8

Create an account name to label your MrSpeedy integration (e.g., “MrSpeedy Courier”)

Step 9

Your API and Callback tokens are either found in the email provided by the MrSpeedy team, or in the MrSpeedy site. To find the tokens within the site, log in your MrSpeedy business account and click Integrate with Us! Your tokens will be found in the fields indicated in the image sample below:

Copy your API token and Callback token, and paste them onto their designated fields on your Restaurant Alert + Deliver app, and click Save.

Step 10

Log in to your MrSpeedy Business account and paste the following Callback URL in its designated field and click Save.

Step 11

Back on your Restaurant Alert + Deliver app, click Save and click Activate to activate your MrSpeedy delivery integration.

🏁 You’re done! 🏁

💡 PRO-TIP! Try making a test booking via the In-Store Merchant App! Book a rider to see if integration was completed properly, and then cancel it immediately.

If the integration is successful, you should see your booking appear in your Order List within the MrSpeedy site.
