Cancelling the Search for a Courier

Cancelling the search for a rider from GrabExpress or MrSpeedy (now known as Borzo) with the In-Store Merchant App

⚠️ In order to book on-demand couriers within the In-Store Merchant App, Delivery Integration with your chosen on-demand courier must already be set up within Restaurant Alert + Deliver Shopify App on your Shopify Store.


It’s easy to cancel searching for a rider after you’ve tapped the Book a Rider button on the In-Store Merchant app! This is all you need to do:

Step 1

Tap on View Rider Booking Details to see the pending search window and the option to cancel.

Step 2

Tap Cancel Search.

🏁 You’re done! 🏁

ℹ️ If you weren’t able to cancel quick enough and a rider has already been booked, you can read more about cancelling a booked courier here!
