There are many different ways to contact the Restaurant Alert + Deliver support team. If you need our assistance, we’d be happy to help!


Via In-App Chat

You’ll find a chatbot within the Restaurant Alert + Deliver app in your Shopify Store at the lower right hand order of the screen. Ask it a question, and the bot will lead you through relevant articles. If you’d prefer to talk to one of our humans, just select that option and we’ll reply within the next 24 hours.
